All orders are being shipped from Germany with DHL.

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 days of order confirmation.

Free shipping on all orders within DE (Germany).

Free returns within all EU.


IMPORTANT:

If shipments can't be delivered due to incorrect address, they will be returned by DHL immediately.
A return fee of 15€ will be applied to your refunded payment.

If shipments can't be delivered due to recipient not home, they can be picked up at your local DHL station. If not picked up in time, the will be returned by DHL.

If shipments get held by customs, please follow the instructions by DHL or your local customs office. If not picked up at customs in time, the will be returned by DHL.

After receiving the return shipment and checking the item/s for quality and damages, we can re-send your order instead of refunding your payment, if so instructed by the customer.
Please be aware of re-send-orders being subject to shipping costs of 15€ which will have to be paid before shipping.
