Refund policy
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Return shipments within this time period within the EU are free. Exceptions for the UK, Norway and Switzerland are stated below.
Right of withdrawal (EU)
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
Cancelling/Returning an order (before fullfilment/shipping) (EU)
Orders can only be cancelled before fullfilment/shipping.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the "Cancel Order" page or you must inform us (shop@blackxwolf.com) by means of a clear statement (sent by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Cancelling/Returning an order (after shipping) (EU)
Orders can't be cancelled after they have been shipped.
If you decide to cancel/return an order after the order has been shipped/you've received your shipping confirmation email, please wait for your order to arrive before starting the return process.
In case that your shipment will only arrive after the 14-day-return timeframe has passed (due to shipping delays/errors etc.) you can start the return process before you receive your order to avoid loss of return and refund rights.
To start the return process please inform us (shop@blackxwolf.com) by means of a clear statement (sent by e-mail) of your decision to request a return.
You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.
Consequences of the revocation (EU)
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us (BLACKxWOLF, Schönhauser Straße 109, 13127 Berlin, Germany) without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
Cancelling/Returning an Order (UK, NO, CH)
All customers from the UK, Norway and Switzerland can also request cancellation of contract or return of an order as stated above for customers from the EU. Due to higher shipping costs to and from these non-EU countries returns cannot be offered for free and are subject to payment of "return shipping costs" in the amount of 10GBP/111NOK/10CHF. In order to find a maybe more suitable solution to your case we advise you to contact us directly via email at shop@blackxwolf.com for all cancellation and return requests from these countries!
