Shipping policy

ONLY SHIPPING TO EUROPEAN UNION (EU), UNITED KINGDOM (UK), NORWAY (NO) & SWITZERLAND (CH) - NO SHIPPING TO USA & CANADA (CA).

- All orders are being shipped from Germany with DHL.

- Orders will be shipped within 1-2 days of order confirmation.

- 4,95€ shipping on DE orders.

- 12,00€ shipping on EU orders.

- 14,00GBP shipping on UK orders.

- 14,00CHF shipping on CH orders

- 166,00NOK shipping on NO orders.

- Free shipping on all orders above 65€ (60GBP, 66CHF, 750NOK)

IMPORTANT:

If shipments can't be delivered due to incorrect address, they will be returned by DHL immediately.
A return fee of 15€ (for EU, UK, CH, NO; 5€ for DE) will be applied to your refunded payment.

If shipments can't be delivered due to recipient not home, they can be picked up at your local DHL station. If not picked up in time, the will be returned by DHL.

If shipments get held by customs, please follow the instructions by DHL or your local customs office. If not picked up at customs in time, they will be returned by DHL.

After receiving the return shipment and checking the item/s for quality and damages, we can re-send your order instead of refunding your payment, if so instructed by you.
Please be aware: re-send orders are subject to additional shipping costs which will have to be paid before shipping.
